This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has 70 acres available for immediate lease for hunting in Saratoga County, New York. This property consists of a good mixture of hard and soft woods and the terrain is moderate. The access can be challenging if walking into the property but easily accessible by ATV. The lone access point is an ATV trail that is a little over a half mile long before you hit the property line on your left. The ATV access point goes all the way from the south east corner of the property to the north east corner. The property has blue paint on the trees around the border. About 10 years ago the landowner did a select logging cut, so there is old skidder trails through-out the property that could be opened up with a little chain saw work. There was deer sign through-out the property and the owner and I saw turkeys on our inspection. Camping and ATV use is allowed. I recommend a definite inspection to ensure you can handle the access to this property.
